Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ArtTime. By enrolling in the ArtTime after-school program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Payment and Booking

  • Payment for the program is due upon enrollment and will be calculated pro-rata based on the week the student joins.

  • If you know your child will be absent for a class during the term, please notify ArtTime prior to the start of the term so a revised invoice can be issued.

  • Credit for missed sessions may be provided on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of ArtTime.

  • One trial session per student is available.

  • All bookings are required to ensure student safety and compliance. Students who have not been booked in advance will not be permitted to attend or be under ArtTime supervision.

  • ArtTime reserves the right to cancel a student’s enrolment at its discretion. In such cases, fees paid for any remaining sessions will be fully refunded. Fees for sessions already attended will not be refunded.

2. Attendance and Collection

  • Students must make their own way to sessions, ArtTime staff do not provide pick-up or collection from classrooms, playgrounds, etc. Students are expected to arrive on time and depart promptly at the scheduled conclusion of each session.

  • A roll of attendance will be taken at the start of each session, which is why punctual arrival, prior bookings, and accurate collection procedures are essential for student safety and supervision.

  • At the conclusion of each session. Students will not be allowed to leave until they are signed out by a parent, guardian, or caregiver.

  • If a student will leave the session without a parent, guardian, or caregiver present (e.g., walking home), written permission must be provided prior to the class.

3. Health and Safety

  • Parents, guardians, or caregivers must inform ArtTime of any health conditions, allergies, or medical requirements.

  • Any necessary medications and current action plans (for example, asthma or anaphylaxis) must be readily available in the student’s bag during sessions.

  • ArtTime staff are trained in basic first aid. In the event of a medical emergency, parents, guardians, or caregivers will be contacted immediately and asked to attend.

  • Parents or caregivers must provide the contact details of at least two current and available emergency contacts for their student.

4. Promotional Use of Student Work

  • Student work created during ArtTime sessions may be used for promotional or marketing purposes, including on our website or social media.

  • Any images or materials will not include students’ faces, full names, uniforms, or other identifying features.

5. Liability

  • Participation in ArtTime programs carries an inherent risk of injury. By enrolling, parents, guardians, or caregivers acknowledge and accept this risk.

  • ArtTime does not accept liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during sessions, except where required by law.
